Grade Reports and Posting

Final grades will normally be available to students via their secure access to the online Student Services portal on our website under Student Login within two (2) weeks after the final examination week of each semester. Students will need their Student I.D. Number and P.I.N. If your Student I.D. Number is not accepted, try entering a zero at the beginning of the number. For any other technical difficulties, contact Joel Smith at 780-809-2404 or email ithelpdesk@caedm.ca. Please note that final marks (and transcripts) will not be issued to any student who has outstanding fees, fines, or overdue books.

A NOTE TO INSTRUCTORS AND STUDENTS

  • Review your exam schedule carefully to ensure that all of your courses appear. If your course is not listed, check with your instructor, as you may not have a SCHEDULED final for that course.
  • Note the TIME, DATE, and LOCATION of each exam (carefully), and show up to write it as scheduled. Normal exam sessions are 180 minutes. TAKE indicates take home exam and the scheduled date and time is when the exam is to be submitted by. ORAL indicates oral exam and are held in faculty offices.
  • Note that occasionally some exams will be held in another classroom that is different from where you had lectures. Instructors requesting changes to the room location should contact the Registry. Changes to the room number should be announced in the affected class after checking with the Registry.
